    Well so far my second cruise day is going pretty good Smile
    Had veggies yesterday, and OMG was the veggie soup dad made awesome sauce. I tossed it into the recipe list.

    Was so nice to get some veggies again, never thought I would ever miss them so much LOL
    Am doing the 1/1 cycle (1 day veggies and protein, 1 day pure protein), so it should be interesting!

    Doing my workouts good, and maaaaaaaan do my legs hurt LOL

    All in all, going good!

    Missed a couple days, was busy playing with the kiddies at mum's. Diet has been going pretty good so far, not feeling hungry all the time anymore but I have to make sure I have food with me when I go out LOL some of the places just smell far to tempting.

    Am going out today around lunch time, so am going to make a tuna-cake with my oatbran and some spices to bring with me (Had it for lunch yesterday and it was so yum!).

    So far another 1.1kgs down!

    Total loss thus far: 6.5kgs (14.33lbs) woohoo!

    I missed yesterday's post... don't remember why but I'll lump it in today's.

    Day 4
    Breakfast: Steak strip quiche
    Lunch: Pan seared Basa fillet
    Dinner: grilled pork cutlets.

    was good Smile

    Day 5
    Breakfast: Omlette with ham
    Lunch: chicken breast strips
    Dinner: steak with ocean clams.

    Hoping dinner will turn out.

    Here goes day 4.
    So far.... not impressed with my spatula, damned pancake got shredded trying to get it flipped.

    Well, another 5lbs down, woot!

    Yet another headache, booooo. Gonna have to drink more water before bed I'm thinking, I keep waking up soooooooo thirsty and headachy.

    Ooooo my pancake tastes like pumpkin pie LOL must be the nutmeg.

    Well, so far day 3 has been interesting.

    I have decided I like the pancake more than the porridge, am thinking of putting nutmeg in it tomorrow.

    Went to the store today, man it was TORTURE... I accidentally walked past the bakery area and all I could smell was pastry. Some serious willpower mojo goin on to keep me walking I tell ya, had to remind myself 'is that scone really worth it?'... of course the answer was Noooooooo.

    Still kinda pissed that you cant get Fat Free cheese and dairy products here (except for the fat free milk, atleast they have that). I looked...

    Day three, feeling good and enjoying the diet so far.

    Breakfast - Pan seared basa fillet with eggs.
    Lunch - Grilled chicken breast strips.
    Dinner - Poached haddock. (poaching liquid: fat free chicken broth, fat free yoghurt, paprika, pepper, chili flakes and herb de province)

    Snack - Oat bran mixed with vanilla fat free yoghurt.

    I don't have a scale I can use to weigh so we'll see how it goes as it goes.

    Well, so far day 2 is going good! (but of course it's only 7:40am so we shall see)

    Breakfast was interesting, tried something new and made my oatbran into a porridge. Drank my 750mls of water with it, so should be good until lunch!

    Todays results on the scale.... down 6.9lbs! I was SHOCKED to say the least! Talk about some powerful motivation.

    Anyhow, gonna drink my coffee and get set for the day!

    Lunch: 2 turkey burger-patties with...

    Since I started a day early I'm already on day two Razz

    Breakfast: Egg white omelette with ham.

    Lunch: Chicken breast with bacon

    Dinner: Steak with a savoury oat pancake

    Was pretty good. having a fat free vanilla yoghurt snack.

    So it's day 1... had my oat bran pancake for breakfast (and it wasn't to bad actually), some turkey burger patties for lunch, and lots (and I do mean LOTS) of water.

    So how's day 1 going? Well... so far not to bad. I have a headache and am tired, but I havent been to hungry.

    Let's hope this continues! Almost dinner time I think Smile
